All garments are carefully inspected, pressed, and securely packaged in protective garment bags before dispatch.

Standard Size Orders (Ready-to-Wear): Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery across major metro cities takes 3 to 5 business days.
Custom Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders: Handcrafted from raw fabric. Dispatched within 5 to 7 business days following measurement confirmation.
Express / Urgent Wedding Orders: Expedited production and air courier dispatch are available upon request via our master tailor on WhatsApp.
Order Tracking: Live tracking details (BlueDart, DTDC, or Delhivery) are shared directly to your registered WhatsApp number upon pickup.

We ensure that every suit, blazer, and sherwani fits you comfortably and sharply.

In-Studio Fittings (Bengaluru): If you visit our Chickpet Studio, master tailors provide complimentary, on-the-spot adjustments for all our orders.
Online & Outstation Orders: All bespoke garments are stitched with generous internal fabric seam allowances (1.5 to 2 inches) to facilitate easy adjustments by any local tailor.
Complimentary Alteration Support: If a custom piece requires re-adjustment by our master tailor, ship it back within 7 days of delivery, and we will alter it free of cost.

Because bespoke garments are individually hand-cut to custom body measurements and fabric choices, standard off-the-shelf return policies differ:

Custom Made-to-Measure Garments: Non-refundable once fabric cutting has commenced. However, they are fully covered under our free alteration policy.
Standard Sized Garments (Unworn / Tags Intact): Eligible for size exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Transit Damages or Defects: In the rare event of a fabric defect or courier damage, notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours with an unboxing video/photo for an immediate replacement or priority correction.
