Welcome to Bollywood Designs. By browsing our website, placing an order, booking bespoke measurements, or submitting an advance payment via UPI/Cards, you agree to comply with the following operational terms:

Bespoke Crafting & Order Placement

• Made-to-Measure Specifications: Custom suits, blazers, and wedding sets are crafted specifically to the client's provided measurements or physical fittings conducted at our Chickpet studio.
• Advance Booking: An initial advance deposit (standard ₹1,000 / ₹2,500 / ₹5,000) confirms fabric reservation and drafting. The remaining balance is payable prior to courier dispatch or upon studio collection.
• Fabric Variations: Handcrafted weaves and dyed fabrics (raw silk, linen blends, jacquards) may exhibit slight natural variations in texture and shade under studio lighting versus natural daylight.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Institutional uniform orders and corporate bookings require formal purchase order confirmation, customized embroidery approval, and adherence to production schedules specified in initial contracts.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Name, phone number, delivery address, and email when initiating orders or contacting us via WhatsApp.
• Measurement Profiles: Chest, shoulder, waist, and styling preferences recorded to maintain your bespoke tailoring profile for future re-orders.
• Payment Data: We do not store credit card numbers or UPI MPINs. Transactions executed via UPI apps or third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay, bank VPAs) are processed securely through certified banking networks.

How We Use Your Data

• To execute custom tailoring, process deliveries, and send WhatsApp dispatch updates and tracking IDs.
• To provide customer support and fitting consultations.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing brokers.

All brand insignia, proprietary patterns, custom photography, UI designs, and atelier assets on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations and remain the sole property of Bollywood Designs (Chickpet, Bengaluru).
